The Most Effective Diet Lose Weight And Eat How Much You Want

This diet consists of a cycle of twenty days in which days eat 2 meals precise. Their quantity is not limited. What you have to keep is after a dietary cycle of 20 days has been completed, a month’s break must be made. After the end of the month, you can resume the diet cycle of 20 days.

With this diet you take meals at a minimum of 6 hours. For example: The first at 10 am, and the second at about 17 o’clock.

1 day – Macaroni with cheese or yogurt according to your taste, boiled or baked.

2 day – Rice pan or sausage. You can eat it in combination with cheese or yogurt.

3,4 and 5 days – Chicken meat with salad, boiled or roasted on a grill without grease.

6,7 and 8 day – Beef meat with salad. Let the meat be boiled.

9,10 and 11 days – Fish with salad, ready for your taste. Roasted in foil or tuna from a can, but not in oil, but in water.

12,13 and 14 days – Grains, beans, peas, lentils or green beans prepared as stews

15 and 16 days – Potatoes in all possible variants.

Day 17 – Fruit Day

18 Day – Macaroni with cheese or yogurt, just like the first day of the diet.

Day 19 – Rice just like the second day

Day 20 – Believe it or not, you can eat whatever you want in a mild combination in 2 meals.

The amount of food is not limited. 2 times a day you can consume as much as you like according to the diet schedule. The quantity of fluids you enter is unlimited. You can drink everything – coffee, sugar, fizzy or thick juices. In salads or any meal you can use butter, but only one spoon.
