Fast Diet With Tomatoes – For Those Who Do Not Have Much Time

Fresh, cooked and drained, the tomato is a great commodity that among other things, can help to get rid of excess weight. Namely, this diet is strict because you need to consume tomatoes with each meal, in a larger quantity than usual.

You can eat fresh and cooked tomatoes (puree and juice). The reason is that the fresh tomato is rich in vitamin C, which usually disappears during heat treatment.

But cooked tomatoes contain ingredients that are great in the fight against free radicals. So if you want to lose some kilogram for a short period of time, try this great diet.

First day

Breakfast:

3 pieces of black bread with margarine and teaspoon of honey;

Tea or coffee without sugar.

Lunch:

Great salad with tomatoes and cheese

Ingredients and method of preparation: 150 grams of low-fat cheese, 350 grams of fresh tomato, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of taste to taste (basil or oregano).

Mix well the ingredients. Before consumption, leave the salad for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

Snack:

1 nectarine or apple

Dinner:

Pasta in tomato sauce

Ingredients and method of preparation: Cut and sprinkle two carrots of little olive oil. Add 50 milliliters of tomato juice and fry for another 5 minutes.

Add 400 grams of finely chopped tomato, add salt, pepper and a teaspoon of sour cream. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Place the sauce on freshly prepared pasta. The amount of dried pasta is 60 grams.

Second day

Breakfast

Mix 200 g of half-fat yogurt with a spoon of honey and add two tablespoons of oat flakes.

Lunch

Greek salad

Ingredients and method of preparation: Cut the onions into pieces, add two tomatoes and cucumbers cut into larger pieces, two teaspoons of lemon juice, teaspoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, little thyme and 2-3 black olives. Mix well the ingredients and allow the salad to stand for 10 minutes.

Snack

Piece of fruit or cup of coffee with 2-3 integral cupcakes

Dinner

Tomato soup with ass and rice

Ingredients and method of preparation: Fry two small onions onions. Add two large tomatoes sliced ​​into slices and 2.5 deciliters of vegetable soup.

Cook for low heat for about 10 minutes. Stir the mixture and add pepper, a little sugar, 125 grams of rice and roasted fillet from a donkey. Decorate with a teaspoon of sour cream.

Third day

Breakfast

Integral pastry with two spoons of semi-fat cheese and pastry with honey

Ingredients and method of preparation: Put one cheese, a piece of tomato and a chopped young onion on one side of the cake, and the other half with the honey.

Lunch

Tortilla stuffed with tomatoes and mushrooms

Ingredients and method of preparation: Cut 300 grams of tomatoes and 100 grams of mushrooms into larger pieces. Mix 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons of mineral water, salt and pepper.

Place the mushrooms and tomatoes on a heated pan with a little oil, then place the eggs and cook for low heat. Serve a meal warm or cold to two whole tortillas.

Snack

Two carrots cut into half and wrapped with 30 grams of turkey ham.

1 dl of tomato juice

Dinner

Tomato meat

Ingredients and method of preparation: Print 125 grams of beef cutlets in a bowl without oil and season with taste. Sprinkle half a little onion on a little olive oil.

Add 400 grams of tomato cut into cubes and a little thyme and fry for low heat for several minutes. Complete the meal with a bundle of whole bread.

Fourth day

Breakfast

Two slices of toast smear with one tablespoon cream cheese and one piece of ham

2 dl fresh tomato juice

Lunch

Cold gasspatch soup

Ingredients and method of preparation: Mix 500 grams of homemade tomatoes, peppers and a larger cucumber and add a tablespoon of olive oil, onions and two pieces of chopped rubbish. Add salt and pepper and cool before serving.

Snack

 

A piece of sesame bread, a piece of smoky turkey meat and a tomato cut into thick pieces.

Dinner

Rice with tomatoes

Ingredients and method of preparation: Cut the top of two tomatoes, carve them and place them in a fireproof bowl. Make up 50 grams of semi-fat cheese and 125 grams of cooked rice, a little basil, tomato cut into cubes and onions.

Fill the tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15 minutes in a heated oven.

Fifth day

Breakfast

2 dl tomato juice (cooked)

2 pieces of toast with a thin layer of melted cheese and pieces of tomatoes

Lunch

Italian Salad

Ingredients and method of preparation: Cut a piece of bread into cubes, add 400 grams of tomatoes and a little lettuce. Pour two tablespoons of olive oil and vinegar and add salt and pepper.

Snack

Cut kiwi and apples into cubes and mix with a few drops of honey. Add a few sheets of fresh mint.

Dinner

“Ratatouille”

Ingredients and method of preparation: Cut 200 grams of potatoes into cubes, 4 carrots, 2  leeks, 100 grams of mushrooms and 3 celery sticks. Cut two stalks of onions and two cloves of garlic, heat two small teaspoons of oil and add the vegetables and potatoes. Add salt and pepper and a little oregano.

Add 100 milliliters of vegetable soup and cook the mixture for 10 minutes. At the end, add a cup of cooked tomato and cook for low heat for 15 minutes.

Additional tips

If you feel hungry between meals, feel free to consume 2 deciliters of tomato juice (fresh or cooked).

There are findings showing that tomato juice further burns fatty deposits if you add a pinch of pepper to it.
